We are thrilled to announce that the stunning filly Hint of Halo has sold to Susan and Rick Parker of Tottenham ON! This beautiful girl won them over with her refined good looks, amazing attitude and fluid gaits. She will be geared towards a career in the Hunter ring and will begin showing on the line next year! We cannot wait to see her in the show rings with her new happy owners.
Hans Im Gluck (Harvard x Leggiero) third place finish in the Finale Gutenhof Cup 2011!
The 8 year old stallion Hans Im Gluck finished an impressive 3rd place in the competitive Finals of the Gutenhof Kur Cup with an average of 71.750 in the Intermediare I Kur!!! "Hansi" and Sabine won 1450 Euros in prize money and capped off their first season at Advance Level with impressive results. Hans Im Gluck and Sabine led Austria to an impressive 8th place individual finish at the 2009 World Championships for Young Dressage Horses! We are so thrilled to see him climibing the International ranks!!!!

We are happy to announce that we have sold Regina a 2004 OHBS Premium Mare by Rodero to a long time client. In 2011 Regina produced her first foal Helina by Harvard who was awarded Premium by the German Oldenburg Verband. She has sold, confirmed in foal to Harvard for 2012! We cannot wait to meet her lovely 2012 foal and wish her new owners continued success!

Emily backed Marksman and finished him to Third Level, along the way enjoying much success in the competition ring with 2 Provincial Championship Titles. He will be greatly missed.

We cannot wait to see this great combo in action! Harrington will head to Pan-Am Medalist Andrea Bresse's farm for his inital under saddle phase where we know he will have a wonderful start. We were overjoyed to hear from one of our breeders, Sue Cruickshank of Roozaro Farms. Her 4 Year Old Mare Hadara (Harvard x Duntroon) completed her Mare Performance Test for the Oldenburg Verband (OHBS-GOV) and achieved Special Premium Candidate scores!!! Sp.Pr.Ca Hadara was produced from Harvard's first foal crop here in North America, to say we are excited how they are turing out is an understatement!!!!
Sp.Pr.Ca Hadara's full younger sister the 2008 Mare Helena (Harvard x Duntroon) was awarded Premium Mare status for achieving over 7.5 on her in-hand Mare Inspection!!!! Premium Mare Helena will be prepared for her MPT in 2012. We cannot wait to see how these girls mature!

We are happy and sad to announce that the beautiful Harvard daughter Harmani has sold to a US Grand Prix rider. She will have an amazing home and will continue to blossom into the super competition horse that she has already shown us glimpes of. At only 4 years of age she broke the 75% mark multiple times this year at National competitions and was Ontario Open Training Level Champion. She is a special girl with a amazing temperment that will be missed. We are pleased to say her happy breeder Lanes End Stables has another mare confirmed in foal to Harvard for 2012 and is planning on repeating Harmani's direct cross for 2013!

Stern Von Afrika (San Amour x Harvard) WINS SILVER at the Bundeschampionate!!!!
We are so very proud of this wonderful Harvard dam sired horse, what a year! First he won Rastede then followed it up with a Silver Medal at the 2011 Bundeschampionate! Text below from the Oldenburg Verband`s Stephanie Law: "In the 3 year old Mares and Geldings division the incredibly impressive gelding, Stern von Afrika OLD (San Amour x Harvard), bred and owned by Tammo Francksen was the silver medalist! The Oldenburg State Champion earned excellent scores under rider Andrea Müller-Kersten. They received straight 9.0's for their trot, canter, walk, training and presentation and an 8.5 for his conformation. Later in the afternoon the Guest riders awarded him a fantastic total score of 18.50 out of a possible total 20.0, and that made him the Rerserve Champion!"

"The 3 year old class was won by a very special gelding that was truly astounding in his presence and ability in all three gaits. Stern von Afrika ridden by Andrea Müller-Kersten earned a 9.0 for his trot, 9.0 for canter, 8.5 for walk, 9.0 f...or training, 8.50 for conformation and 9.0 for presentation resulting in the highest score given at these championships of 8.83! Stern von Afrika is sired by San Amour and is out of a Harvard mare. This should make David Burke very happy since he now owns and stands Harvard at his Pangaea Farm in Ontario, Canada! Stern von Afrika was bred and is owned by Tammo Francksen." Yes, WE ARE HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Congrats to Stern Von Afrika's team.

Also our super beauty, Felice (Floencio x Dormello) was awarded Verband's Premium Mare Status with muliple 8's!!! What an amazing day for us as a small breeder. Sandro's Heir is Qualified and Heading into the Trials for a Major Games!!!! July 31, 2011
Our Licensed Oldenburg Stallion Sandro's Heir and rider Annaliese Farber have reached the goal that was set 4 years ago when he was imported to Canada. They have fully qualified and met the selection criteria to earn a spot in the upcoming head-to-head trials with a chance to represent Canada at the 2011, Pan-Am Games. Words cannot express how truly proud of them we are. They are amoung the top 10 Advanced Dressage Combination's in Canada. Competing a breeding stallion has it’s ups and downs and Annaliese has survived them all. She has produced a classically trained lovely guy that makes us proud. David found ’Sandyman’ as a un-licensed young stallion in Vechta and has never wavered in his belief in this horse. Sandyman himself, continues to evolve with gaits under saddle emerging that we didn’t know were there. He is one of the youngest horses in the field and the only breeding stallion. We feel so very lucky to have a horse going into a major games trials, it really is a dream come true for us.

Pangaea's 4th Foal of 2011 Born! July 13, 2011 - It's a Colt!!!!
Our maiden mare Felice (Florencio/Dormello/Donnerschwee) produced a lovely healthy Harvard colt this morning! We are just thrilled with Felice who was a real star and is a born momma. We imported her from Kathmann’s as a foal, where she was a Premium Foal and the top Filly of his inspection and couldn’t wait to get her into the breeding program. This little guy is definitely a keeper!!!! Bay, super refined, nice straight legs, 4 white socks, a long white stripe on his face! We have been wanting to keep a colt from Harvard for a while but were waiting for a special one… fingers crossed this guy could be it!
He is so friendly we have decided to call him "Happy Hour"

Regina was maiden and handled the birth and foal wonderfully, we are so proud of her! Her filly "Helina" is a lovely bay with a large white star and 4 white socks! We are very happy with this filly and can't wait to see her develop. To date every Harvard x Rodero cross has been named a Premium Foal by the Oldenburg Verband, with a Foal of Distinction and Stallion Prospect named in 2010. Helina is now SOLD!

Sandro`s Heir and Annaliese finished an impressive 7th in a huge PSG CDI with a 68.42%, this great score gives the duo their first set of Canadian Pan-Am qualifying scores for entrance to the top 15 head-to-head trials that will take place in late summer!!!! They also had a 66.14% in the I1!

Harvard son Hennessy (Harvard x Lungau) again placed internationally with German rider, Karin Luhrs in Neumünster in the International Small Tour! They were again doubly successful, in the Prix St. Georges 4th (67.579) and in the Intermediaire I 5th (67.316)! Karin a Top 100 ranked rider and one of the 16 recognized Xenophen Trainers in the world wrote, "You can rely on HENNESSY!"

Annaliese and Sandro's Heir had a super first show in FL. The stallion was frisky in the PSG to finish 7th with a 65.66% and settled in on Sunday to finish an impressive 3rd place in a large I1 class with a super 68.29% holding their own against some big named US riders. Congrats A and Sandman, all of you hard work is paying off!

A big congratulations to German rider Karin Luhrs and Hennessy (Harvard x Lungau) who concluded their phenomenal first green Small Tour season (22 starts and 21 placings!!!) at Elmshorn Advent CDI in the Finals of the Young Horse Classic Series with a 3rd Place and 69,08%! This comes of the heels of International CDI successes and placings at Odense, Pinneberger Anakenenhofm, Bad Segeberg, Hamburg-Stedent and Verden this fall. We are very excited about the promise of this combo!

Sandro's Heir had another great show this time setting a personal best in the PSG, I1 and I1 Freestyle with all scores over that impressive 70% mark!
FEI judges awarded him a 70.00 in the PSG (3rd place), a 70.23 in the I1 (2nd place) and a 72.50 in the I1 Freestyle (1st place!!!). It was a large competitive division with over 25 horses and Sandro's Heir finished Advanced Division Reserve Champion. We are SO proud of him and Annaliese. Emily and Marksman won classes at Second Level Open with scores over 66%. What a great show for everyone!

Annaliese and the talented 8 Year Old Oldenburg stallion Sandro's Heir (Sandro Hit x Castro) debuted at their first Advanced CDI Competition were wonderfully consistent and improved each day! They received a 65% in the PSG (5th place), a 66.22 in the I1 (5th place) and a 66.33 in the I1 Freestyle (3rd place). These technical scores will qualify him for the Dressage Canada 2011 Long List and we are thrilled that he reached this impressive benchmark at his very first Advanced CDI!!!

The 8 year old stallion Hans Im Gluck finished an impressive 3rd place in the competitive Finals of the Gutenhof Kur Cup with an average of 71.750 in the Intermediare I Kur!!! "Hansi" and Sabine won 1450 Euros in prize money and capped off their first season at Advance Level with impressive results. Hans Im Gluck and Sabine led Austria to an impressive 8th place individual finish at the 2009 World Championships for Young Dressage Horses! We are so thrilled to see him climibing the International ranks!!!!

Sp.Pr.Ca Hadara was produced from Harvard's first foal crop here in North America, to say we are excited how they are turing out is an understatement!!!!

We are happy and sad to announce that the beautiful Harvard daughter Harmani has sold to a US Grand Prix rider. She will have an amazing home and will continue to blossom into the super competition horse that she has already shown us glimpes of. At only 4 years of age she broke the 75% mark multiple times this year at National competitions and was Ontario Open Training Level Champion. She is a special girl with a amazing temperment that will be missed. We are pleased to say her happy breeder Lanes End Stables has another mare confirmed in foal to Harvard for 2012 and is planning on repeating Harmani's direct cross for 2013!

We are so very proud of this wonderful Harvard dam sired horse, what a year! First he won Rastede then followed it up with a Silver Medal at the 2011 Bundeschampionate! Text below from the Oldenburg Verband`s Stephanie Law: "In the 3 year old Mares and Geldings division the incredibly impressive gelding, Stern von Afrika OLD (San Amour x Harvard), bred and owned by Tammo Francksen was the silver medalist! The Oldenburg State Champion earned excellent scores under rider Andrea Müller-Kersten. They received straight 9.0's for their trot, canter, walk, training and presentation and an 8.5 for his conformation. Later in the afternoon the Guest riders awarded him a fantastic total score of 18.50 out of a possible total 20.0, and that made him the Rerserve Champion!"

Stern von Afrika ridden by Andrea Müller-Kersten earned a 9.0 for his trot, 9.0 for canter, 8.5 for walk, 9.0 f...or training, 8.50 for conformation and 9.0 for presentation resulting in the highest score given at these championships of 8.83! Stern von Afrika is sired by San Amour and is out of a Harvard mare. This should make David Burke very happy since he now owns and stands Harvard at his Pangaea Farm in Ontario, Canada! Sandro's Heir is Qualified and Heading into the Trials for a Major Games!!!! July 31, 2011
Our Licensed Oldenburg Stallion Sandro's Heir and rider Annaliese Farber have reached the goal that was set 4 years ago when he was imported to Canada. They have fully qualified and met the selection criteria to earn a spot in the upcoming head-to-head trials with a chance to represent Canada at the 2011, Pan-Am Games. Words cannot express how truly proud of them we are. They are amoung the top 10 Advanced Dressage Combination's in Canada. Competing a breeding stallion has it’s ups and downs and Annaliese has survived them all. She has produced a classically trained lovely guy that makes us proud. David found ’Sandyman’ as a un-licensed young stallion in Vechta and has never wavered in his belief in this horse. Sandyman himself, continues to evolve with gaits under saddle emerging that we didn’t know were there. He is one of the youngest horses in the field and the only breeding stallion. We feel so very lucky to have a horse going into a major games trials, it really is a dream come true for us.

Our maiden mare Felice (Florencio/Dormello/Donnerschwee) produced a lovely healthy Harvard colt this morning! We are just thrilled with Felice who was a real star and is a born momma. We imported her from Kathmann’s as a foal, where she was a Premium Foal and the top Filly of his inspection and couldn’t wait to get her into the breeding program. This little guy is definitely a keeper!!!! Bay, super refined, nice straight legs, 4 white socks, a long white stripe on his face! We have been wanting to keep a colt from Harvard for a while but were waiting for a special one… fingers crossed this guy could be it!
He is so friendly we have decided to call him "Happy Hour"

The stallion was frisky in the PSG to finish 7th with a 65.66% and settled in on Sunday to finish an impressive 3rd place in a large I1 class with a super 68.29% holding their own against some big named US riders. FEI judges awarded him a 70.00 in the PSG (3rd place), a 70.23 in the I1 (2nd place) and a 72.50 in the I1 Freestyle (1st place!!!). It was a large competitive division with over 25 horses and Sandro's Heir finished Advanced Division Reserve Champion. We are SO proud of him and Annaliese. Emily and Marksman won classes at Second Level Open with scores over 66%. What a great show for everyone!

Annaliese and the talented 8 Year Old Oldenburg stallion Sandro's Heir (Sandro Hit x Castro) debuted at their first Advanced CDI Competition were wonderfully consistent and improved each day! They received a 65% in the PSG (5th place), a 66.22 in the I1 (5th place) and a 66.33 in the I1 Freestyle (3rd place). These technical scores will qualify him for the Dressage Canada 2011 Long List and we are thrilled that he reached this impressive benchmark at his very first Advanced CDI!!!
