Sophia PF

2011 German Oldenburg Mare

Chestnut, 16.2hh, White Blaze and Snip, Four White Socks

Sophia is a lovely, elegant and friendly 4 year old German Oldenburg mare. As a foal she was awarded Premium Status at her inspection from the German committee. She is stunning to look at with a modern head and four perfect white socks. She has a well-constructed conformation with long legs, good angles and beautiful neck attachment. Her walk is large and active, her trot is ground covering with excellent shoulder freedom and her canter is big and round. She currently measures to just over 16.2hh and is light in the hand and sensitive off the leg to ride. She has a people loving temperament; she seeks affection and pets from all around her. She is easy to deal with in the barn and accepts new surroundings with a calm mind. She likes working and is easy to deal with. She is confident being ridden inside or outside and she is not a spooky mare.

Sophia's sire is the young talent Sir Gregory (Sir Donnerhall I x Don Gregory) who wowed at his stallion licensing and 30 Day test in Neustadt/Dosse Germany scoring an impressive 9.08 for the dressage portion of the test.
